Cradled in a picturesque property at 17 Baseline Road, it overlooks magnificent views of Lakeside Golf Course at the front and pristine countryside all around, with beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the simple elegance of the stately colonial style country inn. Opened for business in 1998, Auberge Wild Rose Inn is the perfect blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. An exclusive retreat for a romantic getaway, it is a warm and welcoming place to local residents, and the ultimate vacation experience for visitors to our region.

Auberge Wild Rose Inn features sixteen wonderful rooms all geared toward pampering the guest. Luxuriously appointed with every comfort, handpicked decor present themes in imperial style, jungle safari, English country rose, French provincial, Mediterranean, and the City of Paris. Some rooms contain a double whirlpool and fireplace, and all rooms contain antique furnishings, spa products, lush bedding including Egyptian cotton sheets and duvets, cable TV, and telephone. A gracefully furnished lounge, games room with pool table, meeting room perfect for large groups, and a bar area with handpainted tiles all exude a quiet elegance and charm that weaves its own magical spell. Outdoors, a multi-level patio invites one to soak in the natural beauty of nature or to sit under the 100-year-old apple tree that has been incorporated into the building of the deck which now supports it, the apple tree in turn providing a shaded canopy for guests to enjoy. This is truly a place where one can relax and unwind and seek respite from the ordinary.

Auberge Wild Rose Inn’s restaurant provides a sumptuous menu of choice meals all masterfully created by proprietors/owners Fred and Dianne Logan with the help of renowned chef Joseé Bouthlier. Fresh ingredients, including herbs from their very own garden, large portions and unique recipe creations have earned this inn the distinction of one of the best places to eat in Canada. Well known for their breakfasts of fresh strawberry crepes with real maple syrup, fritatas, and pan fries, Fred and Dianne will spoil you for breakfasts anywhere else! Able to accommodate any request, from a table for two to a large group such as a family gathering, office party, or special event, Auberge Wild Rose Inn is the perfect partner in all your life’s milestone celebrations!

Auberge Wild Rose Inn is the special creation of Fred and Dianne Logan. "We are a mom and pop operation," says Fred, part of the hands-on team responsible for building the inn from scratch. "Every nail, every board in the floor was hammered in by us both," says Dianne, whose energy and enthusiasm is reflected in her lovely surroundings, from the gardens she tends to the artistic eye for beauty she has stamped on every inch of the inn that she describes as her pride and joy. Built as a labour of love, love is the feeling every visitor can feel as a tangible element in an inn that has grown from a four-bedroom bed and breakfast to the present country inn. Named for the wild roses that once grew in the vacant field the inn now stands on, this Canada Select ****½ establishment is a must for the vacationer seeking a unique holiday experience.

Just a few steps away from an 18-hole golf course, 20 minutes away from the beaches of Shediac, a 10-minute ride into Downtown Moncton and its night life, entertainment and shopping, close to the airport and to the TransCanada Highway, and an hour away from the world famous Fundy National Park, Auberge Wild Rose Inn is truly a vacationer’s paradise.
