Jo Jang has been in Moncton for the past six years. Originally of Seoul, she now shares her exquisite foods with market-goers on a regular basis and sells the ingredients to aspiring cooks at Main Stop Grocery Store located at 1383 Main Street in Moncton. Part of a growing demographic of South Koreans in the Greater Moncton Area, Jo Jang’s combination of foods from her homeland is the perfect way of sharing her culture with area residents. After all, food is the best ambassador of foreign lands when shared with others.
