Studio Dermak of 127 Albenie Street in Dieppe is a unique facility that combines science and technology as well as artistic skill in aesthetics. Studio Dermak is the creation of Lisette Meuse-Manuel, a fully certified and licensed micro-pigmentation artist, aesthetician, and electrologist who has been in the beauty industry since 1988. With training from the Canadian Micro-pigmentation Centre in Ontario and membership in the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick, Lisette is also a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Constantly working to upgrade her skills by attending workshops and conventions, Lisette has built a stellar reputation for impeccable work amongst a clientele that is growing. Indeed, Lisette’s background in paramedical aesthetics with laser and micro-dermabrasion has served her well, and her experience as spa director, technical trainer, and instructor for Medes College of Aesthetics in Moncton has led naturally to her wanting the challenge of starting her own business. Fairway Tours of Riverview offers an exciting and adventuresome way to travel! The creation of Fairway Tours has been a labour of love for owners and tour guides Hazel and Lorne McMullin. After retiring from previous careers in Nova Scotia, the couple moved to Riverview, attracted to the feeling of community and inspired by their friendship with Ivan and Vivian Hicks and the Sussex Avenue Fiddlers with whom Lorne plays. “Fairway Tours has given us a new lease on life,” says Hazel McMullin, who brings to the enterprise 8 years in the hospitality industry.
