A Grand Opening celebration was held at Chez Don on Saturday, September 29, from 9 AM to 6 PM with onsite broadcasting by Radio Beausejour of Shediac, a special BBQ with hotdogs and cake, and lots of fun for everyone! Chez Don is the creation of Don and Patsy Gauvin of Memramcook, NB. The former owners of the recycling company in Dieppe, this well-known couple has always had a passion for the business life. As skilled entrepreneurs, this business venture combines years of experience in business with a shared passion for sports. “We are sports enthusiasts ourselves,” says Patsy Gauvin, and, in fact, the idea for this business venture came to them during a hockey game, and arose out of the shared hobby of making and decorating hockey-themed wooden clocks out of pine.
