One of the newest booths at the Marché Moncton Market is the lovely Basket Blessings brought to you by the talented and enterprising mother and daughter team of Rita Babineau and Lisa Deveau. Specializing in handmade and homemade products which are sold individually or done up as wonderful components in gift baskets, Rita and Lisa have put together attractively packaged soup mixes, muffin mixes, a tempting brownie mix, a delicious chocolate chip cookie mix, and a variety of tasty dip mixes. All dry ingredients, these unique mixes come complete with gift tags that do double duty as recipe cards. Ingredients are creatively layered in glass jars topped with brightly coloured, colour coordinated cloth toppers that present a great gift idea on their own. Rita and Lisa also sell some of their own cooking. Choose from a selection of mini loaves and cookies whipped up in their very own kitchens.
