The quintessential modern couple, both Gerard and Janet work outside the home, are parents to four lovely daughters, and run this very successful business enterprise. “We both love to cook,” says Janet of herself and hubby Gerard, “and it was actually Gerard’s idea to create our cheesecakes and sell them at the markets.” In what is truly a family affair, Janet and Gerard are often helped at their kiosk by their daughters and their friends. “Our cheesecakes have been very well received by marketgoers,” says Janet, “and they’re perfect for weight conscious folks as most of them are an average of just two Weight Watchers points each.”
