Welcome to Pasta Casalinga – the home of fresh homemade pasta featuring all the various types of pasta such as linguini, spaghetti, spaghettini, rigatoni, fettuccini, and lasagne. All lovingly made from scratch by the Santori family. Mom Giuseppina and daughter Rosalba can be found Saturdays at the Dieppe Farmers Market and son Fabrizio has a booth at Marché Moncton Market. Drop by and make their wonderful offerings a part of your healthy menu choice.

Made from 100% Duram wheat semolina with 20% whole wheat flour, pasta from Pasta Casalinga is perfect for those with special diet requirements. Some pastas contain liquified spinach, and Rosalba plans to make some with liquified carrots as well. Tasty, fresh, and wholesome, these pastas have been a hit at area markets, with "sold out" performances ever since the first trial appearance at the market a few weeks ago. The demand has been so great that the initial appearance has stretched into a permanent spot, much to the delight of the Santori family and to marketgoers who appreciate wholesome eating.
